🌟 Therapy Success Story 🌟
Mrs. Pack is one of our recent therapy success stories, and we couldn’t be prouder! According to her daughter, since leaving our facility several people have commented on how wonderful Mrs. Pack looks.

Mrs. Pack shared that the service she received while here was excellent, and her thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—she and her daughter generously prepared an entire meal for our residents and employees as a way to give back. 💙

Seeing our patients thrive and return to doing what they love is what makes our work so meaningful. We are so happy to see Mrs. Pack doing so well!

We know the holidays aren’t always easy when you can’t be with loved ones, so we do our best to bring that sense of family right here to Meadowbrook. We gathered, shared a meal, and surrounded ourselves with the love and warmth that truly makes this place feel like home. November is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.
At Meadowbrook Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, we see every day how this disease touches the lives of our residents, their families, and our staff. We stand together in raising awareness, offering support, and continuing to provide compassionate care for those living with Alzheimer’s. Together, we can shine a light on Alzheimer’s and encourage early detection, education, and compassion in our community.
