Let’s talk about it… homemade kefir vs store bought 👇🏼

Store bought kefir is convenient, but it’s not always the same as what you make at home.

Homemade kefir is fresh, alive, and full of diverse probiotics that continue to grow over time. Often with over 50 strains of beneficial bacteria and yeast compared to about 10–12 in most store options.

A lot of store versions are processed, can have added sugars, and don’t always offer the same benefits.
