There’s something so special about watching your child succeed not only on the field… but in the classroom too. 🥹⚾️📚

Today Cooper was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society, and this proud mama’s heart is overflowing. Watching him balance academics, athletics, leadership, and character at such a young age makes me so proud of the young man he’s becoming.

Being a student athlete isn’t always easy. Early mornings, long practices, tournaments, homework, discipline, commitment… and somehow he continues to show up and give his best.

Cooper — your hard work, kind heart, and determination do not go unnoticed. Keep chasing your goals and staying true to who you are. We love you so much and couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

There’s nothing I cherish more than this 💙

As our kids get older, time together looks different… busier schedules, separate lives, new chapters.
So weekends like this—being all together, traveling, laughing, making memories—mean everything to me.

I don’t take a single moment for granted.

Being your mom/stepmom is my greatest gift.

And today, I’m also thinking about the women who came before us—the ones who shaped us, loved us, and made this life possible.
Because of them, we get to build this beautiful family.

What in the heck happened to April??? 🧐 That literally flew by!

I love the first of the month... so much planning goes on!! Here are some of my goals!!

You in??

1. Start writing down daily in my planner/journal (I use the 5 minute journal and the daily grind planner) what you want to accomplish that day. Write it down & check it off✍🏻!! You’ll feel accomplished!⁣

2. In that to do list above.. I hope you’re writing in exercise!! How’s your health? Right now more than anything this is SO important. What can you either add or takeaway this month to help boost your wellness!! Message me if I can help with this 🙋🏼‍♀️

3. Limit your TV.... I can’t say this enough... Of course you need to stay informed, but don’t have the news on in the background all day long. This will hugely stress you out... Which increases your cortisol levels, which affects your immunity?

4. Do you need to add some personal development this month?? I’m guessing everyone does!! Lately it’s been about finding the joy in life ... but I also add in daily devotions, business & mindset ones as well... it really just depends on what I’m going through or want to learn.

5. Plan weekly maybe even daily things that brings you joy!! ⁣
- maybe a date night in!! make it fun, put on some music, get ready, light some candles. Put a movie on for the kids.⁣
- Happy hour with girlfriends
- Cook or bake something fun⁣
- Makeover... Watch a YouTube video & get creative. Or hair tutorial.
- learn something new!
- Volunteer

6. Lastly meditate!! You may not even realize how important this is... And honestly I never used to give it a chance, but when you’re diagnosed with something... you realize the importance of mental health & you stick with it! I can truly feel the difference after a year of really putting in full effort! 🩵
