Wife to hubby, Mike Reich. I have always been an athletic person and have been pretty active with fitness, but after having my son Cooper, well, my body went through some major changes! It was difficult to get back into shape and eat healthy due to how busy life can be with 2 older children and now a baby. I have lost about 30 lbs with the many different workout programs plus clean eating and drinking my Superfood Shake everyday. My mission is to help you be successful too by sharing tips and tools that I used on my own journey! This page is to help encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle. World Cancer Day 🩷

Cancer didn’t just change my body — it changed my perspective.

It taught me to slow down.
To listen to my body.
To advocate for my health instead of pushing through the warning signs.

What I know now that I wish I knew then:
• Early detection saves lives
• Hormone health matters
• What we put in and on our bodies matters
• Stress, rest, and lifestyle matter more than we’re taught

Cancer stripped away the rush and reminded me that health isn’t something we earn later — it’s something we protect now.

If sharing my journey helps even one woman pause and book the appointment, ask the question, or listen to her gut… it’s worth it.

Today we honor the fighters, the survivors, the ones we’ve lost, and the ones still finding their strength.

Brutal temps in the teens.
25 mph winds.
Every excuse to quit… and yet, we finished. 💪

What I’ll remember most isn’t just the miles — it’s the women.

The ones who patted my back mid-race.
The ones who asked how long I’ve been cancer-free when they saw my survivor bib.
The ones who reminded me, without even knowing it, that I could keep going and finish strong.

That never-give-up mindset is one I’ve carried with me for the last 3 years — and today, it showed up again.

So incredibly proud of Maddie for crushing her goal and finishing under 2 hours 🥹🔥
And proud of myself for digging deep and finishing in 2:06.

Today was a reminder that strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and fueled by community.

To every runner who showed up and fought through those conditions… I see you.

Bib pick-up day hits a little different. 🎗️🩷

Standing here today, holding our race bibs, I’m reminded that this isn’t just a race — it’s a celebration of strength, healing, and hope.

There was a season when I wasn’t sure my body would ever feel like mine again…
and now I get to show up, move it, trust it, and honor it.

Tomorrow, we run with purpose.
For those we love.
For those still fighting.
For those who paved the way.

So grateful for this body, this journey, and the incredible women who run beside me. 💕🏃‍♀️

About 4 years ago I started a fitness journey that completely changed my life!
