Nixon Knots Nixon Knots provides therapeutic massage to help relieve pain, tension, and stress. I graduated from the Cortiva Institute in Federal way in 2017.

I'm Sarah Nixon, I wanted to become a massage therapist because I fell in love with the benefits of massage and wanted to people relieve their pain and stress. I've continued my education with focus on the neck and upper body treatments. I worked in a PT clinic right after graduation and then moved on to working at a Chiropractic office for three years. I took a short break to have my first child and worked at a spa for another year-and-a-half before having my second child. After building my skills while working for others, now I'm achieving my dream of opening my own business. Please book a massage today!
