See something you like, send a message my way! Hello, my name is Nakecia my Native Name Is Piyesis Miyoskamin , I have been beading for the last 4 years when time allows it. I am Siksika and Plains Cree, as well as African and Spanish mix. I tell people I may not be a full blood Native but my native pride is 100%. I am a Traditional Dancer and I fell in love with the traditions of our people making ceremonial beading. I later expanded to making earring and other custom beading for friend and family. From there I had offers from others asking to open a shop so that I can take more orders. As of now I bead out of the comforts of my home for my own enjoyment, that's when my son allows me to. I will continue to bead with or without Clients, because I find it a blessing to carry on the traditions of my people. Beading is my Medicine.
