Peace isnât something you chase. Itâs something you align with. When my nervous system is dysregulated, when Iâm carrying too much, when the noise gets too loud - I get still. I get low. I get honest with my body about what it needs.
This is alignment: dropping the story, dropping the performance, and asking âwhat does peace feel like right now?â
Sometimes itâs a bath. Sometimes itâs the floor. Sometimes itâs just you, breathing, remembering that youâre allowed to be at peace even when everything else is chaos.
Alignment isnât about being perfect. Itâs about being present. đ
