It was the worse feeling in the world because when you work so hard and delt with so much like I did and still overcame. I had to respect the
decision. When this occurred I heard the whispers and natives doubt me. To be honest it only hyped me up to do even better!!

I felt like the only ones that were in my corner was my support team! When I needed to seek more motivation I would watch Doms videos over and over again when he was getting ready for his Pro debut. Having the privilege to talk to an IFBB men's physique pro/train about the grind and what to expect when trying to climb the ladder was more motivation I needed.

This past weekend was such a great experience. Fortunate to meet a lot of great looking competitors. I give everyone that stepped on stage a lot of respect because we all were winners didn't matter if they received a mental or not we made it on stage !!

I would like to thank for throwing a fantastic show and made my first experience a great one to remember. I would like to thank and show the upmost respect to my prep coach for making me BE ABOUT IT! My posting coach/ mentor for the consistent support behind sense. And can't end this without thanking my GARNER's Food prep Creations for the delicious meals!!

First I would like to thank the big man upstairs because without him none of this would of been possible. About 2.5 years ago I started training to complete as a men's physique bodybuilder. I was always in the gym training clients to make their dream body into a reality. I really wanted to take my training to the next lvl for me.

So a brother of mine introduced me to a IFBBpro coach Dominick Cardone. So I reached out told him my goals and no later than a week later we started the process. That I really had no idea what I was really getting myself into but I knew I was ready for a change and challenge.

You have to BRING IT EVERY DAM SESSION. You have to eat the food that is on your DIET!! No cheat meals unless it's earned. When you have clients/ people that look up to you and believe your words you have to match the energy with action.

When it was time for me to compete first barrier was covid shut downs. Which was out of my hands. Second attempt to compete literally 2.5 weeks out, I caught a bad stomach virus and Dom had no choice but to take me out the competition.

It was the worse feeling in the world because when you work so hard and delt with so much like I did and still overcame. I had to respect the
decision. When this occurred I heard the whispers and natives doubt me. To be honest it only hyped me up to do even better!!

I told the young king how I spent my 21st at a post checking ids at the Wild West. Had no one to set the bar high for me to go above the average. I was too broken on a dream that led me home. Now we start your 21st chapter posted taking pictures that we will probably look at and laugh and smile saying next year we are going to do better. Moral of the conversation stride for bigger even if it gets lonely grow because before you know it...

I see life like the game jenga. LOL yes the game jenga the goal of jenga is to move your blocks ( on your turn) to the top without making the structure fall down ( on your turn). This game relates to life in my opinion because you aren't the only one in your life. What I mean by that is that you don't walk life alone. In life you will rub shoulders, meet people with different personalities, people that take somethings or topics more seriously than others, love etc. when it comes to jenga you kinda have to go off of others out look on the game ( life) and their decisions on their turn can either make or break your move to the top. So the big question has to be approach. What happens when there isn't anymore moves to make to the top ( moving your piece to the top without falling)? My answer to this question is adjust. Before you make a rash decision on a move you are unsure of, you have to observe the whole game by walking around the table see the out look of the game by different angles. Or tap the blocks to see which one is easier to push through to put on the top. When you perform such a pattern it's just like in life your plans A,B,C don't work it's only right for you to move down the "alphabet of plans" and take a leap of faith on those plans. Even if one of those plans are to start over. You may think while your reading this "king what about making it to the top?!?! Isn't that the whole point of the game of jenga and life?" My response is no. Some times starting from the bottom when everything starts to come down ( those blocks) and you have a feeling of failure, let down, disappointment. You have to realize, as the blocks fall you get to see all the wrong doing of your moves, you can't complain or be outrage on others movements because you only have control of yours. The great thing about life and jenga on round 2 you know what move to make next.

Happy Monday to everyone reading this post. I would like to give a s/o to my client T aka The Boss. T has had a great first couple months into her training dropping over 18lbs!!! Kinda was a no brainer with her. Because of hard work and dedication speaks for her. Crazy thing is T only trains 2 days out the week. Some would ask " how did she manage to do that without a trainer everyday?!"My answer to that question is consistency. T stays consistent with her diet plan. ( made by yours truly) She follows the workout plan I made. On her off days. And keeps it 💯 with me every step of the way. That's how she executed this 3 month goal. I'm looking for more clients that are very serious about changing their bad habits and creating good habits. You don't need surgery or a magic pill to see results. You really have to look at the person in the mirror and ask yourself " did I earn this body?" Without putting the work in the kitchen and gym. Only you can make the changes of what your putting in your body and how much. Like I always say success is earned not given. So earn yours with a trainer that will push you pass your limits. Or at least leads by example day after day, picture after picture invest wisely.

A few things we talked about when you first started training with me. I wanted you to give me everything you had and put it all on the line. Second thing was your high school career. I stress the topic because it would be a fast paste journey. Just a blink and it’s all over. You lost a lot friends, time, events, family time etc. For what?? After you read this after practice, sit down for a second and take a deep breath, then think about the drives to practice, the warming up, the hitting, the conditioning, the late night homework/projects. After you have taken that in Rags. Do me a big favorite take another one because your “what for”?? question isn’ EVEN CLOSE of being answer. Your show is only gonna get bigger kid. Keep that fight, don’t let anyone take that from you. You have everyone behind you as well and the ones that dont well that’s what keeps you on the grind. Extremely proud of you and what you have accomplished. Keep looking for that answer cuzzo!🔐

This S/O is very special for me because my client is more than a client she is a big sister that I never had. Steph and I go back many years! I remember when I told her what and I plan was to take over the training game. I was young in the training game and Steph was telling me all different ways to go about things for the business. Just full of wisdom and always willing to share with me as long as I wanted to listen. Last March when she had came in to D2R for a Nate’s class I pull her to the side and said “ you have the drive and I have what it takes to get you’re goal body”. Ever since that talk we got right to work that next day. Steph started with 1-2 days a week with a couple of Zumba classes because Stephanie loves to dance so she wasn’t hearing it when it came to HIIT class 😂😂. But within her third week she try it. I know it was challenging for her but she stay with it and I knew I had another hard working client that wanted to become the best she can be. Steph started at 212 pounds. She is currently at 165 pounds!! Let me tell you she had her struggles like every one else but she never gave up, she is still here, trying her best to stay on diet, making it to training. My big sis is a wife, mother of four, and let me not forget a very hard working woman!! She makes time for it all. She is a perfect example of Healthy growth. If you are looking for a trainer that actually cares about you’re body, willing to go the distance with you to help you hit you’re goals, will hold you accountable for you’re excuses, doesn’t care about the money as much as you’re results. Please contact , , , or myself. We are team results IF YOU ARE READY TO PUT THE WORK IN AND LEAVE THE EXCUSES AT THE đŸ‘‰đŸŸđŸšȘ @ Dreams2Reality
