Restoration looks different for everyone! Some of us recharge best alone, through quiet moments like reading a favorite book, journaling, or taking a mindful walk.

Others feel restored by connecting with loved ones, sharing a meal, laughing with friends, or having meaningful conversations.

There’s no right or wrong way to restore your energy — what matters is noticing what works for you!

How do you feel most recharged: alone or with others? Share below!

The way we speak to ourselves shapes how we see the world — and how we see ourselves.

Positive self-talk helps us build resilience, self-worth, and emotional balance, while negative self-talk can reinforce doubt and stress.

Becoming aware of your inner dialogue is the first step toward change — speak to yourself with compassion and care!

Wellness is more than how we feel physically — it’s about how we live, connect, and care for ourselves in every area of life.

The 8 Dimensions of Wellness remind us to look at the whole picture — mind, body, and beyond. Each area influences the others; when one is nurtured, the rest benefit too.

Small, consistent steps in any dimension can create meaningful change over time!

Which dimension feels strongest for you right now? Which one could use a little extra attention?

Taking a moment to pause and notice the present can make a big difference in how we feel.

Mindfulness helps us slow down, tune into our senses, and fully experience life — and pairing it with gratitude can shift our focus toward what’s going well, even on tough days.

Regularly practicing gratitude can improve mood, reduce stress, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Let us reflect on the profound contributions Indigenous people have made and continue to make to our society.

As we celebrate Indigenous People's Day, it's important to acknowledge the unique traditions, languages, and wisdom that have been passed down through generations.

Together, we can strive for a future where Indigenous rights are fully recognized and protected, fostering a world of equality and understanding.

Words have power — especially the ones we say to ourselves. Practicing affirmations can help shift negative self-talk, build confidence, and remind us of our strengths.

Saying things like “I am capable,” “I deserve kindness,” or “I am enough” isn’t just positive thinking — it’s training your brain to notice your own resilience and worth.

When repeating affirmations try to notice how you feel!

Self-care isn’t just a weekend luxury — it’s a vital part of your well-being!

Taking time for yourself helps you recharge, manage stress, and show up as your best self for the people and responsibilities in your life. Remember, it’s okay to rest, say no, and do the small things that refill your energy.

Whether it’s sipping your favorite tea, going for a walk, journaling, or simply taking a few deep breaths, every little act of care matters.

Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s a foundation for mental health.

When we’re well-rested, our brains can better regulate emotions, manage stress, and stay focused.

When sleep is disrupted, anxiety, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating often feel heavier.

Prioritizing rest is one of the kindest forms of self-care.

Try building a calming nighttime routine and reminding yourself: sleep supports the strongest version of you!

How do you set yourself up for a good night’s sleep?

Did you know you can schedule your worry time?

Instead of letting worries take over your whole day, give yourself 10 minutes to write them out, then take a step back and reflect.

When we don’t set boundaries with our worries, they can show up at any time—draining our energy, lowering focus, and keeping our bodies stuck in “stress mode.” By containing worry to a set time, you’re training your brain that not every moment has to be consumed by anxious thoughts.

This practice helps create space between you and your worries so they feel less overwhelming—and it frees up your mental energy for the rest of your day.
