bars, shakes, & yogurts are great ways to hit your protein goals on the go!
unfortunately, a lot of what is sold in supermarkets is filled with artificial flavors, preservatives, fillers, & artificial sweeteners that have been linked to stomach issues, weight gain, obesity, and other chronic conditions😬 barebells protein bars literally have a disclaimer on their wrapper that consumption may cause a laxative effect. If that’s not motivation to read your ingredient labels, I don’t know what is!
check out my favorite swaps for protein bars, nutrition shakes, & greek yogurt. My options are much healthier because they aren’t loaded with so much artificial crap that can wreak havoc on your internal health and may make it harder to reach your weight loss goals.
