Reiki is cumulative. Your first session you may experience increased relaxation, decreased stress, and a feeling of peace. Those who continue regularly will begin to feel progressively deeper experiences during their sessions.

You may also notice changes throughout your day; feeling more centered and less reactive, being less bothered by things that used to bother you, and sleeping better at night.
