Celebrating Worthy Walk # 3 👑👯‍♀️😍

The way this community is growing is bringing me sooo much joy!
Watching these women show up solo, open to connecting with themselves, their confidence and other women is sooo incredible to witness.

I hear from so many women:
“I want more women who understand me easily”
“I need more community in my life”
“Making genuine friendships is so hard”

The BEST way to start to create these types of friendships is to prioritize putting yourself in spaces with likeminded women, be open to connecting and let the magic unfold from there.

And as I took a step back at this walk to observe all of the women so seamlessly connecting with each other, magic is the first word that does come to mind. Because women coming together gets to feel magical, loving & supportive 🥰✨

I’ve been working so hard planning every detail of our last walk and celebration event on 9/6! 😍

Worthy Walk # 2 with these beautiful ladies 😍🥰👑

What I’m loving most about this series is how each woman is showing up solo & leaving with genuine connection. This is what happens when you surround yourself with kindhearted likeminded women 👯‍♀️💖

We took a beautiful stroll along the ocean, took up space (literally the whole sidewalk multiple times 😆), and got clear on how the most confident version of ourselves shows up.

Stepping into your worth and confidence doesn’t come from staying passive, or just talking about it. It comes from self-reflection + taking action ❤️‍🔥

What an honor to create this community for women and guide them to feel amazing about themselves! 🥰

Sound ON in this video 😍

The power of my coaching is that it works QUICKLY! New awareness, insights, and a deeper understanding of self can unfold in minutes.

While I’m not knocking therapy (I immensely respect therapists and all mental health professionals, I’ve done therapy in the past and I’ve also coached therapists), this is a very similiar sentiment I often hear when women try out Coaching.

At the end of the day they are different services and I cant explain the joy I feel when guiding women in such a powerful way 🥰🦋

Last weekend I was so grateful to stop by in Seaport and spread some of my self-love magic ✨💖

Something I don’t post or share too much about are my intuitive meditations. It’s been one of my most surprising gifts that I’ve discovered from the very beginning of starting my business. I never plan them, write them out, or rehearse. But as soon as I close my eyes and put my hands on my heart, the words flow so naturally and seem to be just what was needed to be heard from whoever I’m guiding ✨🥰

The best energy was flowing this day—perfect weather, beautiful views, amazing company, & new friendships forming 🥰

The perfect day with such amazing women, and it’s just the beginning of this series!
