Today I was feeling a bit down and wicked stuck. I went to visit my beautiful friend where she rests 🙏😇 & sang one of her favorite songs on the top of my lungs for DAY 15 OF ME SHOWING YOU HOW I USE MY FAVORITE SONGS AS AFFIRMATIONS.

There has been a heaviness in the world but I still want to believe in a world where we find PEACE for all. A world where humans can just be humans & exist how they’re meant to. I believe. I dream. My beautiful friend Tessa was taken from us way too soon, but luckily for me her spirit lives on in my heart and I can see her smile & sing this song along with me just enough to believe in us all, just as she would if she were physically here. Let’s all believe in a world where we spread kindness & love, if we all dream it together, we can make it happen!
