✨ 100PV // VALOR, 5ml, LR Bonus
Literally every single person needs to experience Valor themselves. So snag that bottle for yourself and see why it is so cherished and valued by so many of us. And if you *think* you don't need Valor, buy it anyways. YOU DO.
It is AMAZING for sleep.
It balances the energy in the body, and is the very first oil used in the Raindrop Technique.
It is called the “chiropractor in a bottle”, and it MIRACULOUS on the spine. And keeping it straight.
COURAGE.
Calming.
Roll this on yourself during times of very high stress. (This goes on me about 50 times during plane rides.)
Great in muscle blends, and so relaxing to sore muscles.
SO, so good for the MOOD and emotions.
✨ 200PV // NORTHERN LIGHTS BLACK SPRUCE, 5ml
Northern Lights Black Spruce comes from Young Living’s Northern Lights Farm in British Columbia, Canada. The Lakota Indians used black spruce to strengthen their ability to communicate with the Great Spirit. Traditionally, it was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity. Diffuse this rich, woodsy, and invigorating scent during meditation to create a fresh aromatic atmosphere or at night to have a great night sleep in what will smell like an enchanted forest. Mixing it with lavender, frankincense, or Peace + Calming is one of my faves. Add it to skin care products or apply it topically to help improve the appearance of dry skin or to help maintain the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Make a roller with it to help release emotional blocks and bring about a feeling of balance and grounding. NLBS can also be applied anywhere, including to the bottoms of feet, along the spine, back of neck, or used for massage. Tree oils are also SO GOOD for the lungs. Do you see a theme? 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ Young Living is so good to us. ❤️
✨ 300PV // SUPER B
This supplement will make you feel
so good! Energy is higher, and feeling lighter and happier. This is one I DO NOT MISS.
Reasons why taking a B vitamin rocks:
* Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that keeps your nerves and red blood cells healthy. It is responsible for the smooth functioning of several critical body processes. A deficiency in Vitamin B12 is usually reported with symptoms of fatigue. To read some more incredible information on Vitamin B12, I love the book "Cancer Killers" by Dr Charles Majors & Dr Ben Lerner.
And some more on B12 here: http://bembu.com/vitamin-b12-benefits
* Super B also contains Vitamin B2. B2 deficiency can hamper the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, as these elements would require Vitamin B2 for its complete metabolism. Some symptoms of B2 deficiency include dull or oily hair, premature wrinkles, and split nails. Riboflavin deficiency could result in the improper functioning of adrenal glands, which in turn would result in various conditions such as anemia, chronic fatigue syndrome and cataract development.
* It also contains B3! The top five health benefits of vitamin B3 are as follows: The primary health benefit of vitamin B3 is a significant decrease in heart disease. It helps lower the level of bad cholesterol. Studies have shown that a key health benefit of vitamin B3 is the elevation of good (HDL) cholesterol levels.
* The health benefits of Vitamin B7 or Biotin include improved metabolism, tissue maintenance, healthy skin, weight loss, relief from heart problems, alopecia, Parkinson's disease, Rett syndrome and vaginal candidiasis. It also aids in the synthesis of vital components and helps in maintaining blood sugar levels. I'm all about that healthy skin, hair, nails, and weight loss 😉
* Folate, or vitamin B9 (also in Super B!) is one of many essential vitamins. You may also be familiar with folic acid as a form of folate; folic acid is the synthetic version used for food fortification and supplements. Folate is important because it plays a role in DNA synthesis and repair. The reason Super B went out of stock for awhile was to replace Folic Acid with Folate! This is big & amazing
🙂 Especially you pregnant mamas, please insist on folate vs folic acid in your prenatal wellness regimen for the absolute best your babe can get.
* B6 is a big one. Here are some of the benefits that will make you want to pretty much bathe in it:
1. Vitamin B6 helps maintain healthy brain function.
2. The vitamin plays a key role in synthesizing antibodies that are needed to fight various diseases.
3.Vitamin B6 helps in maintaining normal nerve function. It plays a crucial role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin. It also assists normal nerve cell communication.
4. The vitamin helps in forming red blood cells.
5. It helps in breaking down and digesting proteins. So, the higher the protein intake, the greater is the requirement of vitamin B6.
* B5. It's the bomb. Here's why: An adequate supply of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is important as it helps the body to
-convert food into glucose, used to produce energy-break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for energy generation-synthesize cholesterol-form red blood cells, as well as s*x and stress-related hormones.
Also: Studies suggest that vitamin B5 supplements may speed wound healing, especially following surgery.
Several studies also suggest that vitamin B5 (pantethine) may help to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood of people with elevated blood fats. And also: Some very preliminary evidence suggests that pantothenic acid supplements might help with symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. In conclusion, vitamin B5 is kind of a big deal.
I’ve got to two more sneaky benefits of B vitamins you may not have heard of before...1) Are you prone to canker sores? I have heard this could be a deficiency of Vitamin B! 2) Do mosquitoes LOVE you? Use Super B! Mosquitoes don’t like vitamin B in our blood.
TIP: Take with food - I take one capsule with lunch. Or a big heart breakfast, if that's your thing:) If you are generally more fatigued then you might want to up your dose. Listen to your body - we are not all the same!
