March is Save Your Vision Month

If your eyes have been feeling dry, tired, blurry, or headachy after long stretches of screen time, you are definitely not alone.

A few simple habits can help:
• follow the 20-20-20 rule
• keep monitors 20-26 inches away from eyes and at / slightly below eye level
• blink more often
• make text larger when needed
• reduce glare when you can
