Honorable Mention honors went to Ryan Bulger for "The Effect of Pessimism on Implied Volatility as a Determinant of International Banking Flows", and Jack Capper for "Exploring the Link Between National Debt and Political Stability". Monetary prizes awarded to the finalists were possible because of the generous support of John Haines, '79 CLAS.
