Two New Episodes!

Just in case you missed episode 12 How Our Thoughts Can Make Menopause Easier. It is available now.

I discussed reframing menopause from a season of decline to a season of influence, reminding women that mindset directly impacts hormones, energy, and overall well being.

By renewing your thinking and focusing on movement, sleep, nourishment, and stress care, you can move from simply surviving menopause to intentionally supporting your body and thriving through it.

In this weeks episode (13) of Menopause Breakthrough, I explore the difference between happiness and joy and why understanding both matters, especially during menopause.

Happiness is often tied to circumstances and can change quickly, while joy runs deeper, rooted in meaning, faith, and identity, allowing you to remain steady even in difficult seasons.

Through personal stories and client experiences, I share how intentional choices, self awareness, and reconnecting with what brings fulfillment can restore happiness, while joy provides lasting strength through life’s transitions.

As you move through menopause and beyond, remember this is a season, and seasons change.

You can equip yourself with knowledge, take ownership of your health, and create a life that holds both happiness and enduring joy.

Don’t forget to download, like, and share this with your friends and family because it helps others that need my assistance find me.

Help this message reach the women who need it most. Download the episode, leave a review, and share it within your circle.

Why You Feel Like a Different Woman and No One Prepared You

This message is for men and women!

Many women are quietly struggling with irritability, emotional distance, low desire, and feeling unlike themselves.

Husbands feel confused. Children feel the shift. Work relationships feel strained.

And the woman at the center often cannot explain what is happening in her own body.

This is why these conversations matter.

In Episode 11 of the Menopause Breakthrough podcast, we talk about how perimenopause and menopause can affect mood, patience, memory, connection, and relationships at home, at work, and within ourselves.

Not because women are failing, but because our bodies are changing and no one prepared us for the impact.

Menopause is rarely the cause of relationship breakdown. More often, it shines a light on what was already there and intensifies it.

Fatigue, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, and low libido can make communication harder and closeness feel distant.

In this episode, I share my own journey of sensing something was different before I had the words for it, and how journaling and prayer helped me find my way back to myself.

We also talk about advocating for your health, understanding labs as one part of the picture, and choosing support and counseling when needed.

Menopause is not permission to mistreat others. It is an invitation to slow down, learn your body, and respond with intention.

You are not powerless in this season. With awareness, support, and care, you can lead your emotions instead of being led by them.

Listen to Episode 11 and know this. You are not alone, and understanding changes everything.

I want to pause and acknowledge the conversation happening around the updated food pyramid tied to the federal dietary guidelines.

This is a meaningful shift, and for those of us in health and wellness, it represents progress.

In my professional view, there is still room for refinement, but it is a strong and encouraging start.

This change invites a different way of thinking. It asks us to reconnect with a simple truth. Food is meant to nourish.

Food is one of the most powerful tools we have to support healing and resilience.

Many of the chronic health challenges we see today did not happen overnight.

They developed over time as we normalized foods that strain the body, then looked for medications or quick fixes to manage the symptoms that followed.

This is not about blame. It is about awareness.

The same perspective applies to menopause. Every woman’s experience is different.

Some transition with mild symptoms while others face more intense challenges.

Nutrition and lifestyle play a meaningful role in how the body navigates this season, even though they are often overlooked.

This is not a message of condemnation.

It is an invitation to reflect on how deeply food marketing and industry influence have shaped what we eat and what we accept without question.

Awareness creates choice, and choice creates empowerment.

I hope more women begin to see that no pill alone can correct what the body is communicating, especially during the profound transition of perimenopause and menopause.

This season calls for leadership over your own health and discernment about who you seek guidance from.

I am noticing many women reaching for popular menopause supplements without asking important questions about sourcing, quality, or whether they are truly appropriate for their unique body.

We are not the same. What causes hot flashes, brain fog, or fatigue in one woman may have a very different root cause in another.

My hope for you in this season is curiosity.

A willingness to ask better questions and to seek answers from people who look at the whole picture, not just the symptoms.

Care for yourself with intention. Prioritize your health with compassion.

The choices you make now shape how you show up at work, in your family, and in your everyday life.

They also shape the quality and vitality of the years ahead.

Your body is always communicating. Learning to listen is an act of self respect.

I invite you to take a moment and reflect.

Detoxing is not about buying a product off a shelf or jumping into a fad cleanse.

It is about understanding what your body has been exposed to over time.

*Environmental toxins.
*Stress.
*Inflammation.
*Lifestyle patterns that quietly overload your system.

Your body already has detox pathways.

When these pathways are supported properly, the body can do what it was designed to do.

When they are overwhelmed, inflammation builds and symptoms increase.

In this episode, I break down:

*Why detoxing during menopause requires a thoughtful approach
*How inflammation and detox are connected
*Why supporting detox pathways matters more than extreme cleanses
*And natural, realistic ways to support your body without stressing it further

If you are heading into the new year tired, inflamed, or unsure where to start, this episode is for you.

This is not about a quick fix.

It is about wisdom, consistency, and working with your body instead of against it.
