Hi Friends ♡ I'm excited to bring to light that I have started offering Reiki sessions again along with oracle and tarot card guidance. I've felt the call for a while to get back to energy work in order to best help people during this time. I believe this is part of my purpose, and I'm happy to help in bringing more balance back into your body!
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. When breaking the word down, Rei means "spiritual wisdom", and Ki is "life force energy". When the energy in your body is out of balance, it starts to manifest as different emotional and physical ailments. By using hands on touch, it is safely and effectively used to help encourage healing in many different conditions; such as wounds, mending bones, allergies, side effects from medication, high blood pressure and emotional stress. It helps you relax and lift your spirits! Not only does it assist in physical healing, but can also improve feelings of depression and encourage your emotional state to be in a higher vibration.
We are living in a world where it seems to get a bit crazier each day. Our mind, body, and spirit have been targeted through food, illness, and propaganda from mass media. My intention is to help you get back to a more centered self, by guiding you to the awareness of your body and remembering the voice of your inner knowing!
I am currently offering sessions in the comfort of your home, as well as in a separate studio space. I start off by clearing/cleansing your space and setting the ~ vibe ~. During our session I use crystals and essential oils when guided. We'll start with a brief introduction on the process and hold space for any questions and intention setting. There is also an option to add an oracle card pull and tarot guidance. Distance Reiki is also available and just as effective!
