Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and wonderful holiday season. Also a big THANK YOU to each and every one of my clients. To those that prepaid or bought gift cards while I was shut down, I'm beyond grateful. To each client that has come in since I've reopened, I cannot thank you enough for keeping me going. My business is still a business because of you! Thank you for trusting me and believing in me and my work. I'm blessed to love what I do and be able to help each of you. 2020 has been a rough year for us all. The business is still bouncing back from the shut down, but I cannot complain. I still get to work. I'm still here. THANK YOU!! 🙏

With the tips I received for the month of June, my clients and I were able to collect $907 for Southeast Raleigh Promise, a non-profit dedicated to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty by creating more opportunities for the residents of Southeast Raleigh. I was told today that this money will be going to the students and schools in this area to assist with the upcoming new school year! A huge thanks to all of my clients who came in and contributed this past month. Keep an eye out in a few months for another opportunity and group I hope to help!

The mission of my business and work has always been to create a safe, supportive and healing space for my clients and the community. However, I need to do more to support my community. One way to contribute is thru donations to organizations who have a deep understanding of what is needed for change in our area.
I've decided for the month of June (1-30th) I will donate all of my tips earned to Southeast Raleigh Promise. is a local organization whose focus is to dismantle the system of intergenerational poverty and replace it with one where people can safely live and thrive.
This is one step of many I plan to take. I will continue to research other organizations for future donations. I urge you to also look for ways to help in your community.

Attention clients! Dilworth Bodyworks WILL re-open May 23! The online schedule is up to date. For the first few weeks back, I will have a modified/limited schedule. Each client will receive an email with confirmation of their appointment, office guidelines and new ways of practice during this time. I am not taking new clients. I am following all guidelines set forth from the State and CDC. If you are high risk or do not feel comfortable coming in for a scheduled massage, please cancel your appointment. Happy 🥳 9th Birthday to Dilworth Bodyworks! 9years ago today I opened the door to my business in Charlotte! 💆🏻‍♀️ It's been 5.5yrs since i moved the biz to Raleigh. 17yrs total of being a massage therapist. I think I'll celebrate by taking the day off 😉

Another UPDATE for clients: I just received an email from the NC Massage Board letting us know Massage Therapy practices should be able to re-open in Phase 2....which as of right now puts us at May 22. The online schedule is open beginning 5/22. I am not taking new clients right away, as I want to make sure my loyal, super supportive, regular clients can get in first.
