Good morning!
I need two models for Thursday, September 18th at 5p until around 7p

You will be on camera-I’ll be training other injectors and injecting you. You will need an assessment prior to the injection to determine if you’re a proper candidate, but I’m looking for people who have volume loss due to weight loss or just from simple aging. I will also need a person for lip injections-around the lip area as well as to the actual body of the lip.

Needles may cause bruising, and products that I inject have other side effects and risks that will be discussed in person.

Side note: I have been injecting for 20 years, and dually CERTIFIED-one of less than 40 people in the U.S. to have this certification, and will be the only one injecting.

TWIN STUDY: Same Genes, Same Injector, Different Toxins 🧬

When patients ask “which toxin is better?” - the answer is more nuanced.
Meet my identical twin patients: Same facial anatomy, same injection pattern, same technique. The only difference? Twin A, Rachel, received Dysport (160 units), Twin B, Madison, received Daxxify (120 units).

The Protocol:
Identical 3-point glabellar injection pattern
Same forehead and crow’s feet approach
Proper unit conversion ratios
6-month follow-up timeline

The Results:
Both twins achieved excellent movement reduction and natural-looking results. However, we found some interesting differences:

Onset: Rachel (Dysport) noticed results in 2 days, Madison (Daxxify) saw results in 5 days
Duration: Notably longer duration with Daxxify - which is why both twins have requested to be retreated with Daxxify for their next session

The Takeaway:
Quality results come from proper technique, understanding facial anatomy, and appropriate dosing. But when there’s clinical evidence showing differences in both onset and longevity with consistent application, that data matters for treatment planning.

⚕️We all know the drill - physical risks, medication interactions, autoimmune considerations. We have those conversations down to a science.

But here’s what I’ve learned after years in this industry: The biggest liability isn’t physical. It’s mental.
