Theralinq was built at the intersection of lived experience and clinical expertise. After navigating the complexities of raising a child with a disability, Brennan Barber saw firsthand how disconnected and overwhelming the care journey can feel for families. At the same time, pediatric occupational therapist Bethany Darragh was experiencing the same gaps from the clinical side. She knew that meaningful progress depends on what happens between sessions, yet lacked a seamless way to stay connected with families outside the clinic.

Together, they set out to strengthen that connection. Theralinq was created to support parents with clarity and confidence while helping clinicians extend care beyond the appointment in a way that feels collaborative, structured, and sustainable.

When Brennan and his wife learned their son needed therapy, they expected to begin helping him right away. What they experienced instead is something many families know all too well.

After reaching out to clinics recommended by their pediatrician, they found themselves on waitlists that stretched for weeks and sometimes months. And even once therapy began, making it work with their family’s schedule and daily life was not always easy.
