Do burpees in a pyramid intervasl every minute on the minute (1 burpee: 1st min, 2 burpees: 2nd min, 3 burpees: 3rd min, etc.) for 8 rounds (8 burpees: 8th min)

"Crazy 8s" is a quick, fun HIIT-style mini-workout that takes less than 10 minutes. This workout was part of my Dry-Land training workouts when I was a competitive swimmer, and I still do these now when I only have time for a quick workout. For athletes, this workout helps boost work capacity/GPP & anaerobic endurance. For general fitness, this workout will help you reach your goals by helping burn body fat by working multiple muscle groups in one movement. Give the challenge a shot, you'll thank me later π
