IOP is a structured, evidence-based treatment option for people navigating mental health challenges, substance use, or both—without the need for overnight care.

It’s designed for those who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but are ready to live at home, return to work, care for family, and re-engage with life while still receiving intensive clinical care.

Think of it as a powerful middle path on the recovery journey—where healing meets real life.
