Flu Season is here! 🦠

Flu symptoms often come on suddenly — fever, chills, muscle aches, sore throat, and fatigue. If you’re sick:

• Stay home to rest and recover.
• Cover coughs and sneezes.
• Wash your hands often.
• Disinfect shared spaces.

• Trouble breathing or shortness of breath
• Chest pain or pressure
• Dizziness, confusion, or severe weakness
