Hi happy go yellow! Greens yes daily, but yellow is good too when eating your fruits and vegetables. They are loaded with essential vitamins and nutrients. Yellow fruits and vegetables improve your immunity and gives you soft and glowing skin.

Yellow coloured foods are storehouses of carotenoids and bioflavonoids. These, when combined with the antioxidants keep away diseases and prevent destruction of free radicals and help ease inflammation and help in the production of collagen which keep your skin looking young. They are also full of minerals and vitamins for better immunity. Foods like capsicum and pineapple contain potassium. Lemons and mangoes are rich sources of vitamin C. These are excellent to improve the immunity and make the skin radiant. Besides, they strengthen bones and joints and control the cholesterol and blood pressure levels as well.

Include bananas, pineapple, yellow capsicum, lemon and mangoes. Banana has lots of health benefits including shedding of body weight. Meanwhile, pineapple is excellent for digestion and reduces inflammation. The yellow capsicum is rich in fibres, folate, iron and anti-oxidants. Hi everyone. For I'm sharing a list of just some foods to eat that can help you fight stress and anxiety (and more) naturally. Remember, nutrient rich foods are necessary for a healthy body, which includes your brain and emotional wellness:

Spinach🥬
Contains folate producing dopamine, which can help promote feelings of calm and well being.

Blueberries 🍇
When we have feelings of stress, our bodies crave vitamin c and antioxidants that aid in repairing the damage caused to our cellular walls.

Avocado🥑
Bursting with Vitamin B, which is very important for relieving stress/anxiety

Cashews🥜
Increases zinc. Low levels of zinc have been attributed to increased feelings of stress and anxiety.

Oatmeal🥣
It's a complex carbohydrate that satisfies your hunger and eases feelings of stress and anxiety because it is a seratonin booster.

Dark chocolate 🌰

Hi everyone A reminder on this and about the importance of good health and being thankful, never taking it for granted. Living healthy allows us to enjoy so many special moments in life and to be able to workout, work, travel, be of service and so much more. Praise God!

I'm thankful for my health and the knowledge I have today to stay healthy, as it wasnt always so. I not only lost weight, but my health improved, medical diagnosis reversed and I feel stronger and younger at 50 then i did ever before. True story!!

hope you all had a great weekend and have a blessed week. Today's if you are still not making fitness and wellness for your health a priority in your life, please stop making excuses and make a change now. There's so many reasons why!! Living unhealthy, like not exercising, eating whatever and whenever or skipping, stress, not sleeping or resting, working too much and not taking care of yourself is a serious matter. Although we don't know when our day will come, let us do our part to care about the person God created us to be and be an example. I recently lost my brother from health complications. More than ever, I am passionate about helping because you are ready. Right!?
