ABA Program Supervisor
LCS Behavioral Health is looking for individuals who want to make a difference in children’s lives. Provide in-home supervision of ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other intellectual disabilities.

Want to be a BCBA? We'll help you study with weekly, paid exam prep meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), duties will include:

Supervising behavioral interventionists to ensure all data is correct and accurate.
Creating and delivering client-specific programs and parent education goals.
Documentation of skill acquisition, behavioral intervention, interventionist evaluations, etc.
Attending staff meetings and training as requested
Maintaining professional and frequent communication between clients and employees
Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree or currently enrolled in a master's program
1 year of experience in implementing or designing ABA-based interventions for children with autism.
CPR Certification (Or can obtain one shortly after hiring)
Passed TB Test
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
Experience in interpersonal skills
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Clinical Supervisors.
Utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills.
Work with the client’s parents/caregivers to teach them how to effectively implement all targeted programs in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
Take detailed data regarding every skill and behavior targeted while working with the client and/or parent/caregiver.
contact the supervisor with questions regarding the client’s treatment program and attend team meetings as requested in order to report progress.
Motivating their clients and helping them reach their highest potential.

Must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Under the guidance of the executive director, BCBAs are charged with completing assessments, creating behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, assisting with training, supervising BCBA candidates and behavior interventionists, completing client progress reports, and carrying a client caseload. This is a 1099 position paid at a high hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous clinical experience working with developmental or intellectual disabilities
Prior supervision experience
Have completed supervision requirements
Strong clinical skills
Be self-directed and intrinsically motivated
Ability to schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
Familiarity with various funding source requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication
Excellent time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Be a team-player attitude
Strong customer service orientation
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Candidates must be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst
