Shoutout to for getting big results in his first 4 weeks. .
1. He put on 6️⃣ lbs. of body weight 129➡️135. 💪🏼 .
2. He added 2️⃣0️⃣lbs. to his bench press 1RM. 95➡️115. 🏋🏽 .
He’s been able to do this through hybrid training: a blend of in person training and online training. He comes to they gym to train in person twice a week. For online training he completes 3 additional workouts sent to him throughout the week at his own time on the days he does not train in person..
Matt’s goal is to increase his body weight by building muscle and getting stronger. Off to a great start so far! Good work! .
