Posterior Chain Workout

Warm Up:
- Bodyweight squats (3 sets of 10-15 reps)
- Walking lunges (2 sets of 10 reps per leg)
- Hip circles (10 reps each way)

Main Lifts:
- Deadlift (3 sets of 5-8 reps)
- Single leg Romanian deadlift (3 sets of 8-10 reps per leg)
- Hip thrust (3 sets of 10-12 reps)

Accessory Work:
- Glute bridge (3 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Standing calf raise (3 sets of 15-20 reps)
- Back extensions (3 sets of 12-15 reps)
- Prone hamstring curl (3 sets of 12-15 reps)

Cool Down:
- Foam rolling hamstrings, glutes, lower back
- Static stretching for hamstrings, calves, hip flexors

Aim for 2-3 sets of each exercise, 8-15 reps per set depending on the move. Focus on controlled movements with good form. This full body workout targets the major posterior chain muscle groups for strength and growth.

In Our 40-minute sports massage session focused on spot treatment and pain relief 🏋️‍♀️ My goal is to zero in on tight, tender areas and use deep tissue techniques , cupping , muscle crapping, friction, compression and myofascial release to break up knots and release tension.

Throughout the treatment, I’ll be checking in to adjust pressure levels and spend extra time on problem spots. Deep breathing is key to allow full muscle relaxation. Some gentle stretching may also be incorporated.

Afterwards, be sure to hydrate and move slowly. While some soreness is normal, pain shouldn’t linger. Focusing intently on trouble areas is ideal for injury prevention and performance enhancement. Can’t wait to dive in and get to work on those pesky knots! 🧖‍♂️
