Passive treatments such as pneumatic compression, ultrasound, cold laser, TENS, scraping, cupping etc. are great options for post workout recovery and some pain conditions. These passive treatments aren’t great options as your stand alone form of recovery from an injury. When recovering from an injury it’s important you are working with a licensed medical provider.
