Kaeleb replaced the AC hose assembly to the compressor on this 07 R2500 due to a previous belt failure slicing thru the hose, we also noticed a new ac compressor has been installed as well

Following successful vacuum decay test, we charged the system and double checked our work by monitoring gauges

High side at 160psi (60degrees ambient temp) - OK
Low side pulling into vacuum - below 0 (25-35psi target) - FAIL

Gauge readings combined with spider senses tell us to check the or***ce tube/screen that is crimped INSIDE the suction hose, this is where liquid refrigerant becomes a gas

System was not flushed before installing new ac compressor. Prior debris manifested the AC system causing this premature failure, this could of been prevented because we can do it right!

If you have AC problems, we confirm the cause and give solutions!
