The heart behind Pure Mind & Body is deeply personal. My head spa sanctuary was created as a place of restoration — inspired by my mother, Donna, who always cherished the simple comfort of head and scalp attention. She believed that caring for the head and hair was one of the simplest, purest forms of self-care.

That belief continues to shape every experience I offer. Each session is designed to be slow, grounded, and deeply restorative — honoring both clinical knowledge and the quiet power of intentional touch. Her beautiful silhouette became the Pure Mind & Body logo — a tribute to her, and to every person who walks through my door deserving that same gentle, intentional care.
