Some days that lesson is strength, other days it’s patience or rest. When we stop performing and start listening, yoga becomes less about achievement—and more about awareness.

Here’s the updated weekly Yoga schedule starting in October with TaylorAnn Yoga:

✨ Monday – Gentle | 12 PM
✨ Tuesday – Slow Flow (All Level) | 7 PM
✨ Thursday – Power | 5 PM (45 min)
✨ Friday – NEW! Vinyasa | 9:30 AM

I’m so excited to introduce our brand new Friday morning Vinyasa class — a great way to flow into your weekend with energy and intention.

❤️‍🔥Power is strong and energizing! Expect a quicker paced flow with an emphasis on strength and endurance.

Kalkaska & Kaliseum Yoga family—
My sincerest apologies as Yoga classes at the Kaliseum are on pause for the foreseeable future.
At this time I am unable to continue to reside locally which means no Yoga in Kalkaska for me.. FOR NOW.

Each and every one of you have left a mark on my soul and I am eternally grateful for the community support I have received. Thank you!!! From the bottom of my heart.

I hope to have online classes up and running soon so we can all meet again ❤️ In the meantime…
I urge you to consider joining a class Tree of Life Body Works on Tuesday or Thursday mornings with the lovely Jacki and/or Wednesday evening class with Debbie at Life's Work Studio.
Please reach out with any questions, concerns, or just to say hi! I will be missing you!

Dear Life’s Work Studio community ….
Due to low attendance I am forced to take a step back from teaching classes at Life's Work Studio for the time being 💔

Last class: Monday July 7 - Somatic Yoga at 5:30PM.

This isn’t good-bye, rather a ‘see you later!’
I will continue to take private clients at the studio. Look out for pop-up classes and events as well 😃
