PHYSICAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM:
Autumn Terrace Health and Rehabilitation ensures that its clinicians have ongoing training and support from clinical experts. Our on-site certified therapists work one-on-one with our residents to help them restore mobility, reduce pain, increase fitness levels, strengthen and improve speech and much more. WOUND CARE TEAM:
Under the direction of an independent wound care physician, our licensed wound care nurses work seven (7) days a week for residents requiring treatment for complex wounds, including but not limited to post-operative wound sites, diabetic and decubitus ulcers. In addition, Autumn Terrace Health and Rehabilitation utilizes a Nationally Certified Lymphedema Specialist.
