Hello world! I am Jaclyn. Yes, I am a certified Integrated Nutrition Health Coach, but that is just scratching the surface. My life journey has taken me through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, all leading me to where I am today... helping others discover their happiest and healthiest selves, simply.
It took me years of battling my weight, a constant fight up and down the scale since I was a little girl, to get where I am today. I was generally referred to as “thick”, “chunky” and “strong”. During the early years, I did not perceive this “strong” to be a compliment or positive in any way. And, I did not feel "right" for a good portion of my life. Gastrointestinal issues suddenly appeared in my early 30’s, resulting in a lame IBS diagnosis. It was only through trial and error from all kinds of fad diets to a bevy of workouts, to self care, motherhood, and eventually, self acceptance that I truly found my best self... my happiest self, which I believe, and literally feel, is also my healthiest self. My personal experiences combined with my health coach and fitness educations has prepared me to coach women through their own transformations in discovering their happiest and healthiest selves, one day at a time.

All these areas of your life are so important as they are the underlying reason for why we choose to eat the foods we do. Mix in nutritional education, exercises and goal setting and this is a potentially life changing transformation for you.
