The stars are ALIGNING! 🌟

I’m beyond excited and honored to share that I partnered with my teacher and friend, Christian Valeriani of EvenFlow Yoga to host my next 200-hour yoga teacher training for Align & Refine Wellness. 🤗

When I first moved to Monmouth County from Hoboken five years ago, I was immediately attracted to his studio (hello, Pearl Jam 🎶 in the name!) and began subbing there pre-Covid.

Anxious to find my new home away from home (leaving my Hoboken yoga community was tough!), I practiced at dozens of studios with many, many teachers… only to keep returning to Christian’s classes at Even Flow.

Even Flow is now home and Christian is one of the most intelligent yoga teachers I’ve ever had. We’re ready to bring our communities together to create the most special educational experience for our students.

Our hybrid training kicks off in January and you’ll graduate in April. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Hi! 👋🏼 It’s been a minute since we started so I wanted to reintroduce myself and Align + Refine Wellness and welcome our new followers.

I’m Jeannine and I’m the founder of Align and Refine Wellness. I’ve been teaching yoga for the past eight years in studios in Hoboken and Red Bank, NJ as well as pop ups for and in NYC.

Yoga inspires me! 🤗 I’m addicted to learning about yoga anatomy and asana alignment, am 500-hour certified, and opened Align & Refine Wellness in March of last year.

My mission is to create a community down at the Jersey Shore that’s similar to what I had in Hoboken - a community of yogis who want to LEARN and support each other.

It’s all happening! 🙌🏼 Welcome to our community.

I’ve partnered with intelligent yoga teachers who have mentored and inspired me to bring a 200-hour yoga teacher training to life (our students are half way though!) and like-minded wellness professionals to bring you workshops and retreats this year.
