The difference between these two photos?
10 pounds. That’s it. But the change? Way more than just a number. 🙌🏽

When you’re chasing toddlers, running a business, hauling groceries, and squeezing in home workouts—you’re building a strong & capable body, not just a smaller one.

👉🏽 Muscle is denser than fat—it takes up less space (but remember they weigh the same!)

On the left, I was the QUEEN of excuses.

I gained some weight in college but AFTER was when I gained even more.

I was working a stressful job at a vet clinic, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic because I wasn’t managing my PCOS well, binge drinking on weekends, eating fast food 2x a week, not working out or even going for walks…yet I STILL thought “ugh i’m just meant to be overweight”

Like I really truly felt that about myself & it became a deep, core belief I held.

That pre-diabetic diagnosis changed a lot of things for me, the doctor said if I didn’t change something i’d end up having type 2 diabetes.

I was recently engaged & knew kids were in our future. That led me to learning everything I could about living healthier, decreasing inflammation, & working with my body - not against it. No products or anything crazy; just consistent, daily healthy habits!

If you’re struggling, I see you. I’ve been there. Take it one day, one decision at a time & keep putting one foot forward! 🤍

10 # down & were JUST GETTING STARTEDDD.

This client is finishing up her 3rd week of coaching & has already seen mindset shifts & more energy.

🥳Her clothes are starting to fit better & she has cut back on her morning Starbucks runs (because she doesnt need as much caffiene anymore & is prepping more at home!)

In her words…I’ve noticed mentally/physically even with the little changes and consistency I’m starting to feel a little more like myself, more energetic and like there’s light at the end of the tunnel.🎉

Cannot wait to continue supporting her while she crushes her goals & levels up her life 🙌🏻

This girl is feeling sooo amazing & WEDDING READYY. 🤍

6 months of hard work & putting in the time to HEAL her body & support her metabolism so she can have long term results & get to the root cause of her symptoms.

The first few months of her journey we focused on eating more food & working through an all or nothing mindset.

Now we’re halfway through her cut & down 18 pounds🤯🤯

🙌🏻This client has given nothing but dedication & commitment to her goals!

All while working full time, moving, & planning her wedding 💍

✅While being consistent with her daily steps, getting on a progressive workout plan, & hitting the macro goals that allowed her body to heal; she has not only lost inches & pounds; but she is healing her relationship with food.

✅Instead of feeling guilty for going out, she happily takes an untracked meal, listens to her body, & continues with her day rather than obsessing over what she ate!

🌮For the first phase of her program, we really focused on nailing these habits down, utilizing a growth mindset, & feeding her body more so that when it is time to cut; that nice, lean muscle will come through even more.

💪🏼I cannot wait to continue to watch her progress & see her continue to show up as the woman she wants to be daily!!
