In the therapy room, we’re never working with just one version of you. We’re sitting with the protector, the shadow, the child who still aches, the part that’s exhausted, and the part that’s quietly hoping for something better.
When each part feels safe enough to come forward, something shifts. When these parts stop hiding, they stop fighting. And when they stop fighting, you start healing.
Wholeness doesn’t arrive all at once.
It gathers as each part finally feels seen.
