Hello!
My name is Bryan, I’m a veteran of the U.S. Army and a dedicated mental health professional with a background in psychology and social work. I hold master’s degrees in both Social Work and Psychology and am currently completing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, supported by evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Play Therapy, and Family Systems. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping individuals and families navigate complex emotions, relationships, and life transitions.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in medical family, and nonprofit community settings. My professional and personal experiences have taken me across the globe, where I’ve had the opportunity to engage with diverse cultures and perspectives—something that continues to shape my commitment to culturally responsive care.
I take an individualized approach to each client I have the privilege of working with, and try to meet each person where they are and find the pace that works best for them and their unique situation.
