Trail offerings include Castle Crags and Whiskey Town Falls (any requests are open to consideration), packing in two padded yoga mats, for a full body Thai massage emphasizing stretches, increasing range of motion, and mitigating pain, followed by a brisk hike back down.

Pricing:

$20 per hour hiking

$40/30 min massage
$60/60 min massage
$80/90 min massage
