We’ve been keeping a secret… 👀

We have moved back to where it all began.

Tamara and I met and blended our holistic practices in NorCal and celebrated our collaboration with a sweet lil’ wedding because it all just clicked. That was nearly 10 years ago!

We truly believe every step of our path has been divinely guided and we are grateful to back in the area and have reopened in Redding, CA.

Returning with new offerings, a vast new array of client stories and outcomes from our time in Ventura County, we are excited to root into Redding’s community as we brought our little family home.

We still work virtually with clients all over the world and can meet you exactly where you are at. 💫

Admittedly, we haven’t ever maintained a strong presence on socials because we have been a referral-based business but we’d like to make ourselves a little more visible in this new chapter. Thank you for patience and we are excited to show you everything that is unfolding.

It was bring your daughter to work day today! My wife Tamara and I used to work together all the time. Collaborative sessions that addressed mind, body, and spirit were incredibly special and something that we started doing together back in 2016. With Covid, we released our physical location until this establishing a new one this year and it’s been a time of exploration and evolution - seeing what Rianda Wellness is now that we have a little one. We had a poignant spiritual ceremony with a client tonight all about harnessing her creativity and it was the first collaborative session we have had since babe. Little one did amazing and it was a beautiful, transformative evening and so special to be doing this work as a family.

Hi, I’m Linnaea 🌿
I’m the co-owner of Rianda Wellness and the creator of NeuroTune Body Therapy—a body-led approach to healing pain, stress, trauma, and nervous system tension. My work is all about helping you come back home to your body with compassion, curiosity, and care.

My passion for the body started when I was young, but it became personal after dealing with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and daily migraines. I tried everything—meds, PT, acupuncture, chiropractic—but nothing really stuck until I found a new approach that changed my life. That healing path inspired me to study everything from massage and somatics to herbalism and energy work.

Today, I blend that experience into a practice that helps others feel safe, grounded, and empowered in their bodies again—especially women and trauma survivors reclaiming their stories. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain or just feeling disconnected, there’s a way forward that doesn’t involve pushing through or numbing out. You can feel good again. You deserve to.
