Here today at the Akoma Unity Center in San Bernardino launching a program provided for our affiliate by NAMI California. Creative Mindsets is a series of 5 hands on mental health projects for teens. Today we are making a pause pouch that is filled with fun sensory items that help us stay calm and re-center.
