Make your voice heard! Take action today! Mobile Crisis is vital to California!
Earlier this year, a proposed state budget was presented that eliminates the statewide Medi-Cal Mobile Crisis benefit. NAMI California strongly opposes this proposal because for individuals living with serious mental illness and their families, mobile crisis is often the difference between getting timely, clinically appropriate help in the community or watching a crisis escalate into an emergency department visit, a 5150 hold, or law enforcement involvement.
