My education is in Physical Therapy and my passions are health & fitness. I strive each day to be a healthy role model for my kids so they too will grow up with the benefits of being fit as I did not have this growing up myself. It took years to come to this point but my kids have been the inspiration to make positive changes. I am an endurance athlete, both a runner and triathlete. Finished my first Half Ironman Lake Stevens 70.3 July 2012! 2nd Half Ironman Black Diamond in Sept. 2012. Ran my first trail 50K in November 2012 and placed 2nd in my AG. Next goal is Vineman Ful Ironman in July 2013. Currently completing my RRCA running coach certification.
