my approach to fitness is a mix of structure and intuition.
I aim to strength train 2-3 times a week and I feel out what days I have the time and energy for such a workout.
When in the gym I check in with my body to see what I want to work out that day. Today my hamstrings needed some strengthening so I did deadlifts.
I don’t train with the intention to shape my figure, but I train to condition my whole body. This helps me feel stronger, more balanced and energized.
