I take the health and wellness of my clients personally, and dedicate myself to working with each customer individually to achieve their fitness goals. I believe the reason why most people give up on their fitness training is that they couldn’t find the right motivation at the right time. I help my clients to figure out the most important thing; why they want to do this? The trick here is to plant a permanent reason in their mind that will keep them going ahead instead of giving up at the new challenges. A large element of achieving personal and physical wellness involves eating healthy. I help my clients to see that good health is never about just good food. Food is often just a starting point for deeper healing and a better tomorrow. I analyze client’s diet and tell them where the adjustments should be made. I believe in taking a well-rounded approach to good health, providing the nuts and bolts of optimal nutrition, movement and stress management. I try to look at the other habits in their life and access problem areas and how to fix them. I value the unique integrations of exercise, diet and mindset. I encourage adoption of habits that are conductive to higher quality of life. I feel truly grateful if I am able to guide my clients effectively and compassionately through a health transformation. Empathic communication is everything for me. I can identify with and understand the feelings and the challenges my client. I have always believed in sharing plain speaking guidance and straight forward expectations.
