Dr. Schiewe was one of the first in the U.S. to perform ICSI (intracytoplasmic s***m injection) in 1993 and continues to innovate today, advancing how we culture testicular tissue so s***m can mature and gain motility.

• Together with the City of Beverly Hills ( ), we started Male Fertility Health Day, which will be recognized every year on September 17

Both milestones are about shining a light on men’s health, breaking stigma, and making fertility care more complete for every family.

"We began trying to conceive naturally in December 2022 and struggled for a few months and came to RPMG in the fall of 2023.

Immediately we felt such a high level of care from Dr. Wambach, the nurses and entire staff. Dr. Wambach guided us through many diagnostic procedures: an IUI, 2 polypectomies, an endometriosis diagnosis, 2 egg retrievals, and ultimately our first embryo transfer which was successful.

Going through infertility was our greatest challenge as individuals and as a couple, but we are so grateful we had the exceptional care of RPMG throughout our journey.

Our son is a testament to the miracle of science that is IVF and the heroic work that the team at RPMG does. We feel grateful for every second we have with our miracle boy!

Our son's name is Banks Ares- His middle name Ares is after the Greek god of war as he is our strongest and first viable embryo created from our first egg retrieval in 2023 - our little warrior."
