There are moments that feel quietly miraculous... and this is one of them. 🤍

Celebrating Dre and husband Brian as they welcome their second baby with the care of Dr. Andy Huang.

Months ago, Dre sat with us and spoke with remarkable honesty about navigating IVF after years of PCOS, endometriosis, and unanswered questions. She shared the unseen parts -- the loneliness, the emotional weight, and the power of doing this together.

With guidance from Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Dr. Huang, they finally found a team that offered clarity, comfort, and a sense of being truly seen. Today, that care has grown into a family of four!

Dre, thank you for trusting us with your story.

You won’t believe what’s on the last slide!

As the year gets underway, we’re taking a moment to acknowledge what the last one gave us:
🤝 growth
🤝 meaningful conversations
🤝 community that continues to trust us with deeply personal journeys.

Here’s to continuing forward. 🤍

Your hormones tell us a story! 👇

They help us understand if and when ovulation is happening.

In the first half of an ovulatory cycle, estrogen rises as a dominant follicle grows and prepares to release an egg. During this phase, estrogen is high and progesterone stays low.

After ovulation, progesterone takes the lead. This is the luteal phase, when implantation can occur. By checking progesterone levels during this window, we can confirm whether ovulation truly happened and better understand how your cycle is functioning.

It’s not guesswork. It’s data and timing working together to guide your next steps.

If you’ve been wondering what this year or two could look like for you, this is your sign to start exploring your options.

In 2026, fertility care is becoming more intentional, more inclusive, and more personalized.

👉More people are freezing eggs earlier.
👉Male fertility care is becoming part of the conversation.
👉Insurance benefits are being used more thoughtfully.
👉Care plans are getting more personalized.
👉Whole body support is becoming the norm.

Overall, things are shifting earlier and with more intention.

During the holidays, when much of the world slows down, our nurses and staff continue to show up every day to guide patients through the next steps of their fertility care.

We see the long days and extra compassion behind every conversation, and we are endlessly grateful.

To our team: thank you for keeping care moving forward during the holiday season. 🤍

The RPMG Story

Many of our physicians and staff members at RPMG have been helping couples achieve their dream of completing their family for well over 30 years and are responsible for thousands of births resulting from assisted reproductive technology. This legacy has produced techniques for developing individual treatment plans, which result in a high level of success in even the most difficult cases. When you join the RPMG team as a patient, you will benefit not only from the expertise of a single physician but also from the combined knowledge and innovation of the entire group. At Reproductive Partners, we offer comprehensive evaluation and practical treatment of all aspects of infertility care in our conveniently located Southern California infertility treatment centers.
