Kielbasa & Sauerkraut with FRESH sourdough ❤️

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon oil
14 ounces kielbasa sausage, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
1 pound sauerkraut, drained
1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy brown, whole-grain, or Dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh thyme leaves or finely chopped parsley leaves, for garnish (optional)

RECIPE
1️⃣ Prep your ingredients: Drain the sauerkraut; Cut the kielbasa into coins; Slice onions.
2️⃣ Brown the kielbasa; Heat butter and oil in a skillet and cook the sausage on both sides until well browned.
3️⃣ Add the rest of the ingredients; Dump in the sauerkraut and brown sugar as well as the onion.
4️⃣ Cook until the sauerkraut is warm and the onions are softened.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh thyme leaves or parsley
