My apologies for being so long overdue in giving an update on our su***de prevention efforts. The epidemic continues to grow - it's the second leading cause of death of Gen Z young people according to Dr. Phil.

The HOPE Institute and We Care Partnerships continue to grow our networks, now adding another amazing partnership with Green Heart in Kansas. Together we are building out virtual trainings and education to help more people implement our SPARK concept - and looking for communities who want to host a SPARK in the Park event!

We've recently run across a simple way people can help support this important cause - we call it Coffee with a Cause - and it features a special kind of coffee that can help stabilize moods and improve memory and cognitive ability.
