My expression says it all 😂🥰 Mental Health Alternatives had our first event with some great teens last week! They got to experience Pilates, guided breath work and grounding techniques. We planted succulents, did a mindfulness eating exercise and snacked on some red veggies and fruits. They were awesome and so open to try new things…including raw beets! Our next event will be at Urban Float! Message me for more information. 💚💚

So excited, I just have to share!!

Four years ago I decided to leave my CFO position…I wasn’t sure what would be next for me, but I knew there was something bigger. I needed to get out into the world and shine my light!

Be Well with Diana Lee was a project from my heart. I loved helping others become healthier through many avenues…food, sleep, connection, mindfulness, movement…I found I was most passionate about working with moms because of the impact it had on their children and future wellness.

In response to the great need to support our teen’s mental and overall health, I have joined forces with two amazing women, Elizabeth Hughes Sanchez and Amy Phillips Casas. We created the Mental Health Alternatives Project to inform and support teens and their parents by bringing awareness to local Alternative Health Practitioners who will share alternative therapies and tools to help teens with stress, anxiety, and overall health and wellness. Check out the link below to learn more about the Project, our upcoming event and supporting the Project.
