We are excited to welcome Katie Lewis as our new HR Generalist at Monarch Communities!

Katie brings over 13 years of HR experience, specializing in Leave of Absence and Workers’ Compensation. She is SHRM-CP certified and holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University. Known for her empathetic approach and commitment to compliance, Katie is passionate about building positive workplace cultures that support employees at every level.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two children, her dogs, and staying engaged with global affairs.

Welcome Traci Fick!
Please join us in welcoming Traci Fick, the new Executive Director at Brandywine Seaside Pointe!

Traci began her career in senior living in 2005 as a skilled nursing facility state surveyor in Pennsylvania, later transitioning to operations in 2015. Most recently,
she served as Executive Director of Harmony at Kent in Dover, DE. Traci holds a bachelor’s in social work from Millersville University and a master’s in human services – business from Liberty University. She is passionate about building strong connections with residents and teams through transparency and communication.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her five adult children, listening to music, reading, and traveling. We’re excited to have her join the Monarch Communities family!
