On Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at 10:37 p.m., we joyfully welcomed Lillyin Naomi Wynn earthside. She weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. and measured 21 inches long—perfect in every way.
After a long labor and lots of pushing, mama Lauren worked with such strength and determination, truly giving her all. Daddy Nathan was a steady, loving presence throughout, never leaving her side and offering endless support.
It was an honor to witness and support this incredible journey. Thank you, Lauren and Nathan, for allowing me to be part of such a sacred moment as your Birth Doula.

I had some Birth Doula training this week. It was nice to learn from the midwifes and reconnect with other birth doulas again!

I had a prenatal visit with Lauren today. It went well we talked about a plan for comfort measures during labor. Lauren is 36 weeks. Getting closer.

Welcome to the World 🌿Crusoe Bradley Jay! Born on August 4th, 2025 at 2:36 PM Weighing 10 lbs 6 oz Measuring 22 inches long.
With love and joy, we celebrate the arrival of Crusoe Bradley Jay, born to Nikki and Ken during a beautiful and empowering water birth.
Nikki’s strength and grace were truly inspiring as she labored for approximately six hours, finding comfort and calm through massage, warm water spray, and the birthing tub.
It was an absolute honor to witness and support this sacred moment of new life and love.
Thank you, Nikki and Ken, for allowing me to walk alongside you in this unforgettable journey.
