Ashtanga West Virginia Ashtanga West Virginia was created with the intention of teaching the Ashtanga Yoga system in West Virginia. Classes: MON, WED, FRI at noon.

TUES, THURS 6:45 pm. 118 South Jefferson St., Lewisburg, WV. Ashtanga Primary Series will be the basis of instruction for beginners and intermediate students. The Ashtanga Yoga System is a vigorous system of yoga where the practitioner links breath with movement resulting in a dance-like moving meditation. Barbara Stanley has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 14 years and teaching for 10. Her primary teachers are David Williams, Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson and Manju Jois.
